Imran Amjad Khan

Imran Amjad Khan has an extensive and diversified experience in the field of Capital Markets, Insurance and Paper Industry spanning over twenty one years. Mr. Khan has a degree of Master of Business Education in Marketing from the University of Punjab. He brings with himself a wide array of experience spread across various sectors of the industry, and a proven professional record. He is a Certified Director from the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Pakistan and also a member of Institute of Capital Markets. He has attended multiple conferences, seminars and workshops in Pakistan and aboard relating to commodities trading, credit risk analysis, risk management . Before taking over IAK Securities as CEO, he was also on the board of Silver Star Insurance Co Ltd, and served as an Advisor of investments at the Pearl Securities Ltd.

Aun Abbas Kazmi

Mr. Aun Abbas Kazmi is serving us as a board member and will head the Equity sales and Marketing Department of IAK. He has extensive experience in the equity market of over 18 years ,while his experience in portfolio management is of over 13 years. He has an MBA degree. Major milestones of his career include high profile names such as KASB Securities, FC-ABN AMRO Equities, Switch Securities (Pvt) Ltd and most recently providing advisory/Consultancy services at EOBI which is one of the largest pension funds of Pakistan.

Muhammad Rehan

Muhammad Rehan is also serving as an IAK’s board member and is also the Company Secretary. He has completed his graduation from University of Punjab in Commerce. Mr Rehan comes with a diverse enterprise background possessing strong vision and knowledge of Information technology. He has more than Eleven years of experience in the Brokerage Business, and is specialized in managing retail equity and corporate business. He has played a vital role in auditing, consultancy and has managed the portfolios of high net worth investors.
